I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience. I originally purchased a set of Falken Wildpeak tires from this shop about four years ago. When I ordered them, I also brought in a set of aftermarket wheels that I had already purchased. Larry ordered the tire size I requested for those wheels. However, when the tires arrived, he refused to mount them on my aftermarket wheels because he didn’t like that they would stick out about three inches past the truck. Instead, he wanted to install them on my factory wheels and told me I had ordered the “wrong size.” The problem was that I had never intended to use them on the factory wheels—they were specifically ordered for my aftermarket wheels. After discussing it, he finally mounted them on the wheels I brought in. They looked great and performed perfectly for the next four years, proving there was never an issue with the fitment. Recently, one of those tires experienced a tread failure. Another tire shop advised me to return to the original dealer to start the warranty process because the tires carried a six-year manufacturer’s warranty. When we first went to Larrys’ over 20 years ago we immediately became lifelong customers. He is honest, fair, and truly cares about his customers (once my daughter and I both got tires and he made us put our free rotation date in our calendars before leaving). He is as trustworthy as they come. My daughter showed up at his shop this morning in need of help and once again, he saved the day. Thank you Larry, you are the BEST!!

Amazing personal service from an independently owned business. Larry and Bo take the time to personally and thoroughly explain all services and costs so there are no surprises. Highly recommend! 💯

I highly recommend Larry's. He and his staff helped me right away. Just had a few minutes wait and my BMW X5 was in the shop. Very reasonable charge for the service I needed on one of my tires. Larry took the time to show me how to evaluate when my tires will be ready to change to new. Its not the old nickle or dime in the tread trick. He showed me there is a small cross piece of rubber under the tread, crossing the gaps. He said if you wait until the tread gets even with the cross piece the vehicle could loose control and hydroplane. Valuable info.

They even provide free tire rotations every three months, which shows how much they care about taking care of their customers long after the sale.
